Thinking

(adg.) Thinking is a process that allows beings to model the world and to deal with it effectively according to their objectives, plans, ends and desires. Words referring to similar concepts and processes include cognition, consciousness, idea, and imagination.

I feel really honoured to receive my first award (burtsting into tears!) and i want to thank one of my front rows- Onomatopoeia who nominated me. :)

Following now this award's rules...

1. What is the story behind the name of your blog and nickname?

Both my blog's name and the link are borrowed from one of my favourite scenes from Alice in Wonderland, that is the Mad Tea-Party where nonsense and irony take the place of sanity and strict social and physical rules. (I could talk like for hours for the underlying stories behind every scene but that's not why we 're here!)

As to my nickname, that is inspired by the way J. Breuer gave Bertha Pappenheim a nickname in order to refer to her case. She is widely known as Anna O. (He just took the first letter of the forename and surname and went back one- from B to A and accordingly from P to O. He then chose a name starting with the letter A- Anna- and kept the initial O for the surname.) Accordingly my nickname is the result of Breuer's renaming method.

2. What has been your best and worst blogging experience?

..Simple things in blogging-life! It just makes real happy when you guys like my posts and i can see so. And then i'm quite disappointed from my 'work' when, on the contrary, it is not approved and applauded, as i wished to :)

3. What do you think/ want to happen to your blog in 2008?

Hmm..! OK that's fake, of course i don't need to think of what i want. I know that i strongly desire to offer you the most of pleasure and inspiration and be part of your daily clicks*. As to what i think.. i don't know. I may continue with the same enthusiasm or may stop doing it and instead find another escape for my writing and image-consuming passion.. Who knows?

And now it's time for 5 of you to receive this award from my hands!

Style Bytes for her sense of style and her passion for fashion (Sunday morning she's not in her pyjamas like a sick drunk girl- instead she is all dressed up, pretty and stylish). An everyday optical inspiration.

Fashion Verbatim for his professional-like way of putting clothes together and creating enviable outfits. (Section: WHAT TO WEAR NOW).

Discotheque Confusion for her writing skills and the way every time she unfolds the story behind the title. (Check at the innovative titles lately!)

Youthquaker for her promising new start (both the images and text can work for that).

and last but not least,

Fops and Dandies for her experimental and daring dress code (and for her smiley -you make my day face that she has while being out and about).

I'm glad you like it ;)

I love how you came up with your nickname! And eventhough I must have mentioned this before, Alice in Wonderland and everything that has to do with that story is just brilliant <3
